1-1 personal coaching sessions are designed to help you connect with your heart and find clarity in your life. In our sessions we look at places in your reality that you feel resistance; we utilize exercises to integrate a higher perspective and understanding into your daily life. You will discover how to exercise your conscious choice in order to transform your relationships- with yourself, others and the world around you. We will work together to create a personalized plan for your highest healing and empowerment.

My meditations are designed to help you connect with your breath and your heart. I also offer inner child work guided meditation sessions to strengthen your relationship with yourself at every age, bringing all the parts of yourself into harmony and creating a sense of inner peace. Breathwork Workshops
The Humble Heart offers transformative breathwork workshops to recalibrate the breath back to the body. We utilize various nervous system regulation techniques combined with ancient breath kriyas and somatic practices to offer healing on a cellular level. APPROACH
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
It is my foundational belief that lasting transformation comes from an embodiment of the Heart. What does that really mean? To me, it means that our actions are aligned with the True intention of our Heart, or our True Will. My approach is about remembering how to operate from that state of being in a sustainable and integrated way. I believe that when we are aligned with our Heart, we can create a more peaceful and compassionate world as well as stop the war within. It is my goal to offer a range of services designed to help you connect with your heart and let go of what you would not choose to embody any longer..
After a profound Heart opening experience in 2022, I dedicated myself to learning how to bring consciousness into the Heart and ground it there. As a mother of 3 young kids, it was important for me to never escape the mundane but to bring the Divine INTO it. I realized deeply that every relationship I had within and without needed to be brought out of cycles of unconscious patterns and re-integrated through Heart consciousness. I discovered techniques that not only connect oneself with the Heart, but show how to LIVE in your Heart and interact with your reality consciously. I believe that the experience of Heaven on Earth is possible for all; and I'm honored to be a part of your journey!
